The Junior Board’s Miles for Smiles 5K is new event where every mile brightens a smile. Held during National Cleft and Craniofacial Awareness Month, Miles for Smiles celebrates the life-changing impact of comprehensive cleft care.

We’re excited to bring Global Smile Foundation’s community together—including our volunteers, sponsors, supporters, and friends—both in Massachusetts and around the world at all ages. With a virtual option available, participants from across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, the UK, Africa, and the Middle East will unite in support of brighter futures.
