We are proud to announce that our board member, Dr. Navil Sethna, has been awarded the 2023 Robert M. Smith Award by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Navil is a long-time member of AAP Section on Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, and an internationally known expert in pediatric pain medicine. He has been a leader in all aspects of pediatric acute and chronic pain management for over 35 years and has served as a mentor to a generation of physicians in pediatric pain management. He is a founding Board member of Global Smile Foundation and has been the lead anesthesiologist on numerous medical missions with GSF. He is also a faculty speaker at our International Comprehensive Cleft Care Workshops.
