Making a gift through your Donor Advised Fund (DAF) will help provide healthy smiles and lives for underserved patients. If you have a donor advised fund with Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, or BNY Mellon, you can use the DAF Direct online form to the right of this page to make a grant recommendation.

For other donor advised funds, please direct your DAF sponsoring organization to make checks payable to Global Smile Foundation, Tax ID: 26-2668127.
